Rental Policy
  • No pets
  • No smoking
  • Check in time is 3pm
  • Check out time is 11am
  • Minimum stay varies by season
  • Minimum Renter age for primary renter is 25 Years old.

Responsible Renter: As the responsible renter, you agree to be an occupant of the Property for the entire duration of the rental. You agree to be solely responsible for your actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees (collectively, “Occupants”) present at the Property at any time during your stay, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Terms


No Additional Guests: No additional guests are allowed beyond the number specified at the time of booking. Increasing the number of guests will result in cancellation of booking without refund.
Deposit Policy
  • A refundable deposit of $300 is taken to hold your dates and acts as your damage deposit.
  • This deposit is returned back to you within 7 days of check out as long as the condo is left in a tidy condition, there is no damage, and all keys are returned.
  • The total rental payment is due 60 days prior to check in.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • If you need to cancel prior to the 60 day window, you will be refunded the $300 deposit minus a $100 administration fee.
  • If you need to cancel within the 60 day window, (after full payment), I will attempt to re rent the dates and offer back a refund based on the rental amount received from the new booking.
